# Slack: the agent answers how-to questions and files support requests

Ask the Gatlas agent how to do something in Gatlas, and it answers from the help center or sends your request to our team.

Ask the Gatlas agent in Slack how to do something, and it answers from our help center and links the page. When it does not cover the question, the agent offers to send it to our team, and sends it only after you approve in a direct message. On a connection you create on the MCP page, your own agent reads these pages with `get_help(topic: "help-center")` over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the way your agent connects to Gatlas. Admins see who asked, where, and who was turned away on the Activity tab.
