Your setup link

A group your company belongs to uses Gatlas to bring together data from the tools its companies run. Your setup link gives the group read-only access to the tools you connect, such as your ledger or CRM.

Steps

  1. Open the link and connect each tool it lists, or pick your own
  2. Sign in to each with its own login, or paste its key
  3. Close the page once it says “You’re all set” or you press “That’s everything”

For a shared drive, you choose the folders Gatlas reads. A Microsoft tool may need your IT admin’s approval first, and the page then gives you a link to send them.

Cost and account

Connecting costs you nothing: the group’s Gatlas plan covers your company. Nobody needs a Gatlas account, so forward the link to whoever holds a tool’s login.

Removing access

To stop the sync, remove Gatlas’s access in the tool’s settings, where it lists connected apps, sign-ins or keys.

To delete what was synced, ask the sender: Gatlas deletes it within 30 days of their request.

Questions

The setup page names who sent the link and their group, so you can check it came from them. Ask them anything this sheet leaves open.
