2. Description of Service

Gatlas is a data integration platform that enables organizations to connect, synchronize, and transform data from various business systems into centralized data warehouses. Our services include:

• Connecting to third-party services via OAuth or API credentials
• Synchronizing data from connected services to your data warehouse
• SQL-based data transformation and view creation
• Reverse sync capabilities to export data to external systems

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Services

Gatlas integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Sheets, Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, and e-conomic. When you connect these services:

• You represent that you have the authority to authorize access to those services.
• You acknowledge that your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of data from third-party services.
• You can disconnect third-party services at any time through the Gatlas dashboard or by revoking access in the third-party service's settings.

5. Data and Security

• You retain all ownership rights to your data. Gatlas does not claim ownership of data you process through our platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process the data you connect to Gatlas.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.
• You are responsible for the security of your destination data warehouse and credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our platform
• Use our platform to transmit malware or other harmful code
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data synchronization delays.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gatlas and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gatlas and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
