Which sources can Gatlas sync?
Gatlas syncs each tool in the schedule above, listed by kind. Platform adds custom connectors for the other tools your companies run.
How does each company connect its tools?
You send the operator at each company a setup link, and they connect its tools themselves. Each company’s tools sync into a space of its own in Gatlas.
What does an agent read?
Datasets first, each with what it means and notes on its columns. When a question needs more, an agent reads the synced tables of the companies its connection reaches.
Can an agent change our data?
An agent changes data inside Gatlas only when its connection is Read/write.

Where does my data live?
In your Gatlas workspace. Credentials are kept in an encrypted vault, each used only for the tool it came from. Our data processing agreement names each sub-processor.
How is a plan priced?
By the companies you run, up to each plan’s limit. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, the one unit for Gatlas AI use, such as agent answers and scheduled reports.
Who pays for a company that joins by setup link?
Your workspace’s plan covers every company in it, including each one you invite through a setup link. The person who connects a company’s tools needs no Gatlas account and pays nothing.
