Cash Position
Every cash movement on the bank, payment-provider and overdraft accounts, from posted entries and both legs of draft vouchers, with each account's kind, so gross cash, overdraft drawn and net cash can be told apart.
Chart of Accounts
Every account in the chart with its type, the chart's own section heading, a classifier guess for P&L accounts and the current balance.
Customers
The customer master with lifetime booked invoice count, last invoice date and gross invoiced per invoice currency.
Invoices
Booked sales invoices with customer, amounts in invoice currency, open remainder and payment status.
Ledger
Every posted entry and both legs of every draft voucher, with account name, type and chart section.
Monthly P&L

Add a template to a company
Templates marked Added when you connect are created for a company when it connects that source, and fill in after its first sync. To add one to a company that connected earlier, or any other template, ask Claude, connected with a Read/write key:
Add the e-conomic Cash Position dataset for Acme ApS.
Claude checks that the company's data has every column the template reads before it creates anything, and leaves alone a dataset the company already has.
Adapt a template into your own dataset
- Open the template and read its SQL and AI context.
- Replace __SCHEMA__ with the company's schema, as SQL lists it, and change what your company needs.
- Save it as a dataset in SQL, as Datasets and SQL describes, or give it to your agent to create.
