Team & Settings

Manage your organization, team members, and notifications.

Roles

Every team member has one of three roles:

  • Owner — Full access. Can manage billing, delete the organization. Assigned to the creator.
  • Admin — Can manage team members, entities, connections, and API keys. Cannot manage billing.
  • Viewer — Read-only access to dashboards and data. Cannot modify connections or create API keys.

Inviting team members

Go to Settings → Team → Invite. Enter their email address and choose a role. They'll receive an email invitation with a link to join your organization.

When they sign up or log in with the invited email, they're automatically added to your organization with the role you assigned. No separate accept step is needed.

Tip

Invitations are accepted automatically when someone signs in with the invited email. No separate accept step needed.

Alerts

Configure notifications for sync failures, stale connections, and expiring OAuth tokens. Go to Settings → Alerts to set up channels.

Currently supported channels:

  • Email — Built-in, always available. Alerts are sent to the team member's email.
  • Slack — Connect your Slack workspace to receive alerts in a channel of your choice.

Organization settings

From Settings, you can update your organization name and view your current plan. Billing for paid plans is managed through Stripe — click Manage Billing to access invoices, update payment methods, or change your plan.
