Artifacts: every page says when its numbers were refreshed
Artifacts print their last refresh date, and a card whose data is out of date or failed to refresh says so.
An artifact prints when its numbers were last refreshed, in its header or, on a document, in its footer. The date is the oldest refresh among its components. A card whose dataset has fallen behind its schedule reads Out of date, and one whose last refresh failed reads Refresh failed, with the date it last refreshed. Everyone who can open the artifact sees the same dates, share link included.
