Your agent searches your SharePoint and OneDrive files
Connect SharePoint libraries and OneDrive folders, and your agent searches the files and reads any one in full.
Sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account, then pick the SharePoint document libraries and OneDrive folders to sync. If your organization needs an admin to approve Gatlas first, the connect form gives you a link to send them. Your agent finds passages in the files with search_documents and reads one in full with get_raw_document, tools of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the way your agent connects to Gatlas. Your agent sees only files of the companies its connection covers. Admins and above connect sources, and so can someone you send a setup link to.
