Dashboard: the stream picker names streams a connection cannot read
The stream picker marks the streams a connection cannot read, with the reason and what to change, and says why the last sync skipped one.
For sources that check their access first, such as ClickUp and Attio, the stream picker marks a stream the connection cannot read as Unavailable before any sync runs, with the reason and what to change, such as a role or a scope to grant. A stream the last sync skipped shows why it was skipped.
