e-conomic Suppliers

The supplier master with open balance, payment terms and VAT zone.

What it answers

  • Who are the suppliers, and what is owed to each?

The view is named after the company, such as "Acme ApS Suppliers", and reads the company's e-conomic data.

How to add it

Gatlas adds it for a company when the company connects e-conomic, and it fills in after the first sync. For a company that connected earlier, ask an AI assistant on a Read/write MCP connection:

Add the e-conomic Suppliers view for Acme ApS.

The assistant creates it with the template id economic/suppliers, after checking that the company's data has every column the template reads.

Columns

  • supplier_number: e-conomic supplier number.
  • name: Supplier name.
  • email: Email.
  • country: Country.
  • currency: The supplier's default currency.
  • supplier_group: e-conomic supplier group reference as JSON.
  • payment_terms: e-conomic payment terms reference as JSON.
  • vat_zone: e-conomic VAT zone reference as JSON.
  • corporate_id: Company registration number.
  • vat_number: VAT number.
  • balance: Open balance as e-conomic reports it.
  • connection_label: The e-conomic agreement the row comes from.
  • data_as_of: When this row was last synced.

What the AI assistant is told

The company's suppliers from e-conomic, one row per supplier and agreement (connection_label).

balance is the open balance owed as e-conomic reports it. supplier_group, payment_terms and vat_zone are e-conomic reference objects as JSON; read a number with, for example, payment_terms::text::jsonb ->> 'paymentTermsNumber'.

Supplier invoices and payments are posted entries in the Ledger view (entry_type supplierInvoice and supplierPayment).
