Agent tools: see an artifact's editions before deleting it
Your agent names an artifact's editions before it deletes the artifact, and lists each edition with its link while it is live.
Over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the way your agent connects to Gatlas, delete_artifact(name: "Board pack") reports an artifact's editions before anything goes: how many there are, how many are live, and that their links and PDFs stop working. describe_artifact lists each edition with its number, made date, data date and whether it is live, plus its link and PDF while live. Deleting takes a personal or whole-workspace key that can write. Deleting one with editions, and seeing edition links, takes a key that reaches your whole workspace.
