New connector: Asana
Connect an Asana workspace with a personal access token, and its projects, tasks, goals and time tracked sync.
Paste an Asana personal access token and choose the Asana workspace to sync. Gatlas syncs what the token's user can see: users, teams, projects with their sections and status updates, and tasks and subtasks with their custom fields. Goals, time tracking and the portfolios that user owns sync too, where your Asana plan includes them. Comments, attachment details, budgets and rates sync when you select them. Each later sync reads the tasks that changed since the last one. Admins and above connect sources, and so can someone you send a setup link to.
Use it to
- See a company's open tasks by project, section and assignee.
- Ask your agent which projects have overdue tasks and who owns them.
- Compare the time tracked per project, person and month.
