2026 Q3 product releases

What Gatlas released from July 1 to October 5, 2026, one line per change, each linked to its changelog note.
Gatlas syncs the systems your companies run on into datasets your agent can query.
New connectors
- Google Drive: sync folders, and a prompt distills the files into short documents your agent reads.
- Lattice and Cal.com: bring in your people and goals from Lattice and your bookings from Cal.com.
- Aircall, Adversus, Embankment and Mercury: bring in calls and sales activity from Aircall and Adversus, business banking from Mercury, and fund administration data from Embankment.
- folk and Wrike: bring in your CRM from folk, and your projects and time logs from Wrike.
- ClickUp and OnlinePOS: bring in tasks and logged time from ClickUp, and a venue's sales from OnlinePOS.
- SharePoint and OneDrive: sync SharePoint libraries and OneDrive folders, and your agent searches the files and reads any one in full.
- Arrivy: bring in field-service jobs and their status history from Arrivy.
- Microsoft Teams, Azure Cost Management and Power BI: sign in with a Microsoft work account to sync any of them.
Slack agent
- Add the Gatlas agent to Slack: it answers questions in Slack from your Gatlas data, read-only, and names the view behind every figure.
- How-to questions and support requests: ask the agent how to do something in Gatlas, and it answers from the help center or, once you approve, sends your request to our team.
Connector updates
- Shopify Admin API token: connect Shopify by pasting the token of a custom app in your store.
- Xero organization picker: when your sign-in reaches more than one organization, pick the one to connect by name.
- Stripe monthly recurring revenue net of discounts: the Stripe Subscriptions dataset subtracts each subscription's active discounts.
- QuickBooks ledger's recent months: each sync re-reads the ledger's recent months, so a correction reaches Gatlas with the next sync.
- HubSpot access token: connect HubSpot by pasting the access token of a service key or private app from your portal.
Agent tools
Your agent connects to Gatlas over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Build and edit datasets: describe the dataset you need, and your agent writes it with
create_viewand changes it withedit_view. - Rename and delete datasets:
edit_viewrenames one without breaking its artifacts, anddelete_viewshows what uses it first. - Check connections and create setup links: your agent sees when each connection last synced, and creates setup links with
mint_setup_link. - Search the text of synced files:
search_documentsfinds passages, andget_raw_documentreads a file in full. - Faster search across your synced files: the ranking behind
search_documentswent from seconds to milliseconds on the production queries we measured. - See which files a document was written from:
get_documentlists the synced files the prompt behind a document read, so your agent can cite them. - Replies say what happened: your agent's tools report what a sync or a prompt run did, and when a dataset last refreshed.
query_viewpages in a fixed order: your agent pages through a dataset without skipping or repeating a row.- Ask Gatlas how to get started:
get_helpreturns the first steps and the datasets worth building. - Send feedback to our team: tell your agent what is wrong or missing, and
submit_feedbacksends your words to us.
Artifacts
- Build artifacts from your datasets: ask for charts and tables, and your agent lays them out with
create_artifactas an artifact you open or share. - Rename and delete artifacts:
edit_artifactrenames and retags one, anddelete_artifactshows you what goes before it deletes. - Document and deck layouts: documents print on A4 sheets, and decks show 16:9 slides you step through with the arrow keys.
- Reusable components: your agent saves a chart as a component and changes it in every artifact at once.
- Refresh dates on every artifact: an artifact prints when its numbers were last refreshed, and a card whose data is out of date or failed to refresh says so.
- Table columns read as words: table headers read as words, and your agent can label and format each column.
- Shorter share links: a new artifact share link is shorter, and every link you already sent keeps working.
Access and permissions
- Authorize Claude on a Gatlas page: add Gatlas as a custom connector in claude.ai or Claude Desktop, and no key goes in the URL.
- Grant a company and every company under it: the member also sees every company below it, including ones added later.
- One company picker for members and agent connections: choose companies the same way when you invite or edit a member, or create an agent connection on the MCP page.
- Read-only agent connections: a read-only connection answers your agent's questions and refuses every tool that changes something.
- Hand over ownership or leave an organization: the owner hands the organization to another member, and anyone else can leave on their own.
Dashboard
- Synced files and prompts in Documents: Library lists the files Gatlas synced, and Prompts lists each transform prompt with its runs.
- Company focus and a Coverage view: one picker in the header narrows every company list, and Coverage shows each company's data by kind.
- Name the tiers of your company tree: choose what your organization calls each tier, or turn the labels off.
- Streams a connection cannot read: the stream picker marks them with the reason and what to change, and says why the last sync skipped one.
Slack
- A workspace for each company: every company can send its alerts to its own Slack workspace and channel.
- Post artifacts on a schedule: schedule an artifact on a company's Slack connection, with your own intro and an Open artifact button.
- Source health on a schedule: Gatlas posts how each source last synced, failing ones first.
Help and setup
- Let the recipient pick the tools: when you send a setup link from the dashboard, the recipient picks the tools to connect by default, so you no longer guess which ones a company runs.
- A public help center: every guide is at gatlas.ai/docs, and none of it needs a sign-in.
- A guide series with prompts to copy: How to use Gatlas walks through a feature in steps, with prompts you copy into your agent.
Website
- Product pages for the MCP server and artifacts: public pages list every tool Gatlas offers your agent and show what an agent can publish.
- A public changelog: follow what you and your agent can do now in a feed reader, or hand your agent its Markdown.
